Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period: The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract, i.e. from the time you subscribed to the plan.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Notice: Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital services
Your right of withdrawal expires early, when we have begun performance of the service and you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period has expired and have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

When you subscribe to a plan on ProfileVerse, you expressly agree that we will begin providing the digital service (unlocking the paid features) immediately after the contract is concluded. You confirm at that time that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract is executed.
If the service has already been fully provided at the time of your withdrawal, the right of withdrawal no longer exists.
